Job Description

Established in 1998, KSNPM is a multi-disciplinary and collaborative, forward thinking team of highly skilled and motivated professionals made up of Architects, Sustainability Consultants, Building Surveyors, and Project Managers. We are committed to design excellence, technical precision and creating a positive legacy through the built environment. We provide comprehensive, tailored advice to a wide range of clients and sectors. We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our rapidly expanding team. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional with 5-7 years’ post qualification experience. We require candidates with an Architectural Technology Qualification.

In this role you will be working with people from several disciplines with a strong focus on collaborating to provide excellent client service. You will be expected to take responsibility and attend site visits and design team/technical meetings as required. You will be working across an allocated portfolio of projects and will be ensuring that projects are adhering to all regulations and building standards. This will be across the whole life cycle of the project so you will be involved from inception to completion on all projects you work upon.

Job Requirements

Architectural Technologists are senior contributors within the design team, responsible for the technical delivery of planning, tender and construction documentation.

Experienced Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5-7 years post-graduate experience
Strong leadership, communication and team building skills
Advanced Proficiency in Revit and CAD is essential.
Possess a working knowledge of Irish Planning and Building Control Legislation (BCMS)
Deep understanding on Building Regulations, fire safety, life safety and technical documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to operate effectively across all project stages and within multi-disciplinary teams.
Mentor and coach junior staff to foster their growth and elevate team performance
An ambitious and can-do attitude with a degree of flexibility to accommodate all responsibilities
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and work on multiple and varied projects
Own car and a full, clean Irish driving licence
