About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Salesforce is growing its Dublin Technical Support Team, and we're looking for sharp, curious problem-solvers to join us. You'll be the first responder when customers need urgent technical help — pairing genuine warmth with serious technical firepower to put out fires fast.
We're after an enthusiastic technology professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You love digging into tricky technical issues, tracking down root causes, and making complex concepts click for customers and colleagues alike. You're naturally curious, proactive, energized by puzzles, and thrive as part of a collaborative team.

Fluent English plus French or German is required. Additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese especially) are a big plus — our customer base is diverse and international, and multilingual candidates stand out. Familiarity with infrastructure and internet technologies (web servers, proxy servers, firewalls, networking) is also valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer support experience, delivering standout service and high satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and business issues — including integrations and challenges across Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and core Salesforce functionality — coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and best practices clearly to customers and stakeholders, while building and improving knowledge base articles.
- Spot recurring issues and drive continuous improvement across process, product, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Customer-focused mindset with prior customer-facing experience, plus strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Computing, STEM, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure, recognizing and escalating issues appropriately.
- Programming knowledge or ability to read code (Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Ruby, .NET, or Perl), plus familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML, APIs) and database/SQL concepts.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences alike, and comfortable collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent English plus fluent French or German.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Technical Support, Application Support, or Customer Success, ideally with Salesforce experience or certifications.
- Additional European language proficiency, Trailhead experience/Ranger status, or CRM industry knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Apex and Visualforce, understanding of multi-tenant/distributed/parallel computing architectures, or experience with Eclipse IDE and ANT.
