We're looking for a talented Mid-Level UX Designer to help create thoughtful, accessible and high-performing digital experiences for ambitious organisations across Ireland and the UK.
This is an ideal opportunity for a designer with 3+ years' agency experience who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and shaping digital products from discovery through to delivery.
You'll work alongside experienced strategists, designers, developers and client partners on a diverse range of projects, helping organisations create digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging and deliver measurable results.

Lead UX activities across a range of client projects.

Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct user research and translate insights into clear design decisions.

Create user journeys, personas, information architecture and user flows.

Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes and UX documentation.

Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers and strategists throughout projects.

Present work confidently to clients and explain the thinking behind design decisions.

Champion accessibility, usability and user-centred design principles.

Support usability testing and continuous optimisation after launch.

Contribute to Kooba's design culture, processes and thought leadership.

3+ years' UX design experience within a digital agency or consultancy.

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and problem solving.

Experience planning and delivering UX work across websites, digital products or platforms.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable facilitating workshops and collaborating directly with clients.

Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design and usability principles.

Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
