The Role.
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions within GMC. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop essential skills in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.
You will work closely with HR professionals and other departments to contribute to the overall success of HR initiatives and company objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Recruitment and Selection:

Assist in job posting and advertisement placement on relevant platforms.

Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

Participate in interviews and assessment processes.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
-
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation.

Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork for departing employees.
HR Administration:
-
Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
-
Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and policies.

Handle inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
Employee Engagement:

Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Training and Development:

Assist in organising training sessions and workshops.

Coordinate training logistics and participant communications.

Help track training attendance and evaluate program effectiveness.
HR Projects and Initiatives:

Participate in HR projects such as policy reviews, diversity initiatives, or process improvements.

Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices.
The Candidate: Required Experience and Competencies:

Full clean driver's license essential.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.

Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is desirable.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
