We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our analytics team, turning data into actionable insights that support decisions across customer experience, network performance, sales, and marketing. You'll work with large datasets, build reports and dashboards, and partner with stakeholders across the business to drive data-led decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer, billing, network, and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) for stakeholders across the business.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Partner with marketing, customer service, and network teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Conduct churn, usage, and customer segmentation analysis to support retention and growth strategies.
- Support A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports and datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams on data pipeline and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data governance policies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in a data analyst role, ideally within telecoms, tech, or a similar data-driven industry.
- Strong SQL skills; experience with Python or R an advantage.
- Proficiency in BI/visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling concepts.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, or related field.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
Pay: €45,452.47-€86,816.65 per year
