Full job description

We are currently adding to our kitchen team here at the Kiltimagh Park Hotel. Our Head Chef requires Chefs of all grades from Commis Chef to Senior Chefs The Role for the right candidate is on a full time basis. Our dynamic kitchen team are passionate about food and using and respecting the best of our local produce is fundamental to the position

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Kiltimagh. It's a very busy food & beverage based business. The hotel is well known locally for its food and service. We have our Restaurant Chapter Twenty Three serving Lunch and dinner. Our Garden room restaurant is open for groups and family occasions and our banqueting suite hosts weddings, dinner dances etc .

The ideal candidate must have experience in a busy HoteI kitchen or a high volume unit and have a passion for fresh food and service delivery

Responsibilities

To ensure a very high standard of food is consistently produced

Ensuring that your section is fully prepped for service

Contribute to new menu design and implementation

Good Kitchen Management and ability to work well with others

Follow and maintain HACCP controls and procedures and Allergens

Ability to coordinate muti menu choice on functions, restaurant and bar service

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a high quality kitchen.

Up to date knowledge of current food trends and cooking methods.

Experience in a fast paced kitchen.Ambitious with a willingness to learn

Consistency is key

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour
