The Role
As a Senior Site Agent, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating site operations.
- Managing site teams, subcontractors and work packages.
- Supporting programme delivery and project planning.
- Monitoring quality, productivity and performance.
- Driving compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
- Maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders.
- Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
About You
We are interested in hearing from professionals who possess:
- A Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Experience as a Senior Site Agent, Site Agent, Construction Manager, Senior Engineer or similar.
- Proven experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
- Experience with a main contractor or civil engineering subcontractor.
- A full, clean Irish driving licence.
Experience in roads, bridges, structures, marine works, aviation, utilities or heavy civils is highly desirable.
