Role Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of the Dunnes Stores customer app and loyalty platform.
The Dunnes Stores app is rapidly evolving from a loyalty and voucher platform into a strategic customer engagement and commerce platform. With hundreds of thousands of active users every month, it sits at the centre of how customers interact with the Dunnes Stores brand.
As Product Manager, you will own and deliver initiatives across the Dunnes Stores mobile app, loyalty programmes and digital customer experiences.
You will work closely with the loyalty & CRM business teams, engineering, design, data, marketing, customer service and operatons to identify customer needs, define product priorities and deliver solutions that create value for both customers and the business.
You will be responsible for turning customer insights, business objectives and data into clear product strategies and roadmaps that improve engagement, loyalty, customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence products used by hundreds of thousands of customers every month and help define the next generation of digital experiences at Dunnes Stores.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business to define and maintain product roadmaps for loyalty and mobile app initiatives.- Translate business objectives into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, engagement and loyalty.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviours, journeys and pain points.
- Use customer research, analytics and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across multiple business functions.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Digital Product, Product Ownership or a related role.
- Experience working on consumer-facing mobile apps, ecommerce platforms or loyalty products.
- Proven track record delivering successful digital products from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical, senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within agile product development environments.
