Part Time Receptionist

Location: Navan Road, Dublin

Are you an organised multitasker who thrives in a busy environment?

We are now recruiting a Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team in Curam Care Home Navan Road. This role is 7 day cover (2 Days per week ). In addition, there will be a requirement for support with covering planned annual leave.

This is a key front-of-house role supporting the home - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can juggle multiple administrative tasks efficiently. The role is to answer the phones, manage the door and other administration duties as they arise.

About the Role

You'll play a central part in ensuring our home runs smoothly.

This is a fast-paced role that involves working closely with several departments including nursing, HR, accounts, and management.

The role is part-time and shared with a team to ensure seamless service seven days a week.

What You'll Need

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
Strong computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Confident communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, visitors, and colleagues
Experience in a residential care home is an advantage
