Full job description

Westpark Fitness is searching for a part-time/full-time receptionist to join the team of this fast-paced leisure facility in Tallaght. This is a fun, customer focused club that provides a top-class gym, pool, classes and spa facility to its members and staff. Club members have access to state-of-the-art-equipment on different floors, fitness classes (including Les Mills) seven days a week with a team of over forty staff, partnerships with fitness tech such as a class booking app, Myzone, Ciclozone and our very own staff app too.

This is a part-time possible full-time receptionist position, working 24-40 hours per week (part-time is what's required but full-time will be considered). it is shift work including weekdays and weekends. We operate seven days a week from 6am – 10pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 6am – 9pm and 8am – 6pm Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays.

Requirements:

Meet and greet gym members
Positive friendly attitude
enjoys working as part of a team
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
Input member data / checklists
Use of in-house Ashbourne CRM, app, Outlook e-mail and booking Systems
Populating invoices / receipts
Use of publisher / word to do up flyers / information leaflets
Opening and closing procedures

Customer service, reception experience, computer literate, previous experience in a fast-paced environment, customer service / reception and or college course an advantage.

Ability to stay calm under pressure, work on your own initiative, effective communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritise and organise daily duties effectively.

Garda vetting and Manual Handling is required prior to commencing employment. All applications must include a CV and cover letter.
