We are looking for a Chef de Rang who shares our ambition to create something truly special at Glovers Alley.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the front-of-house team within one of Ireland's most acclaimed dining experiences. Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager and wider service team, you will play a key role in delivering warm, intuitive and highly personalised service that exceeds guest expectations at every stage of the dining journey.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service throughout the guest dining experience.
- Take responsibility for a designated station, ensuring smooth and professional service.

Develop a thorough understanding of menus, ingredients, cooking techniques and wine offerings.

Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences.

Support the delivery of Michelin-level standards of service, presentation and attention to detail.

Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication and service execution.

Assist with the presentation and explanation of dishes and beverages.

Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism, confidence and discretion.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and table presentation.

Contribute positively to a culture of teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement.
The Ideal person has:

Previous experience within a fine dining, luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred environment.
