We are currently recruiting for a mobile Electrician to join our Maintenance Division. This full-time permanent position will suit a competent and experienced Electrician as they will be responsible for the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive maintenance, fault finding and small electrical project works across a portfolio of client sites. The role ensures that all electrical systems are maintained safely, efficiently and in accordance with statutory requirements, company procedures and client expectations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirements, statutory obligations and company procedures

Attend electrical breakdowns within the agreed service level agreement (SLA) response times. Diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults efficiently to minimise downtime and achieve high first-time fix rates

Complete statutory inspections and testing where competent and authorised
- Complete small installation, refurbishment and improvement works to the required quality standards and within the agreed timescales and budgets
- Record all maintenance activities accurately on the CAFM system
- Survey small projects
- Order materials for upcoming planned works
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with company systems upon commencement of works i.e. ESSoW, Safe Work Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, etc.

Manage the quality, compliance and delivery of paperwork for all related works

Complete PPM and reactive documentation electronically. These reports will consist of recommendations, remedial actions and maintenance progress which is subject to approval

Support the Maintenance Team in promoting a culture of excellent customer service and establishing exceptional working relationships with your colleagues and our clients
- Provide a professional, customer-focused service by communicating effectively with clients, responding promptly to issues and maintaining positive working relationships
Promote and maintain the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QEHS) performance, reporting hazards, near misses and non-conformances where identified

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate (or equivalent) - Craft: Electrical
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a fast paced commercial environment
- Thermal Imaging and PAT testing an advantage

Detail oriented with a maintenance/small project delivery background

Must possess Health and Safety awareness and compliance measures
- Full, clean drivers licence
- Basic IT skills with a willingness to learn on software platforms

Strong understanding of FM/Building (Mechanical and Electrical) services is desired
