What You’ll Do as a DLP Analyst
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

Monitored and responded to DLP alerts, conducting detailed investigations to assess risk, impact, and appropriate remediation actions.

Coordinated with Service Desk and support teams to review, justify, and unblock restricted emails or uploads while ensuring compliance and due diligence.

Maintained accurate records of DLP events, ensuring proper tracking, auditability, and timely documentation of incidents.

Produced regular reporting on DLP incidents, trends, and risk exposure, engaging with business stakeholders to support effective resolution.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams including Security, IT, and Data Governance, acting as a key liaison between Operations, Policy Owners, and Platform Owners.

Analysed trends and recurring issues to recommend improvements, support policy tuning, enhance data classification initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in data protection processes.
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in DLP operations, incident management, or information security, with strong analytical and investigative capabilities to assess and resolve data security events.

Solid understanding of DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and discovery technologies, with experience in platforms such as Collibra considered advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of structured and unstructured data protection challenges, including risks associated with data transfers, email security, and endpoint controls.

Strong technical awareness of DLP policies, enforcement mechanisms, enterprise IT environments, and ticketing systems, alongside compliance and regulatory requirements.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across Operations, Support, and Governance teams.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume workloads (up to 40 hours/week) across investigations, incident coordination, and business enablement, ensuring thorough documentation and auditability.
