We are hiring an experienced Senior HR Administrator to support our Keelings Farms business. This role will be based onsite on Keelings Farms, St. Margaret's, Co. Dublin, applicants must have their own car & full licence for transport to/from Keelings Farms.
Purpose of the Role:
To provide comprehensive guidance, advice and support to all managers and staff on all aspects of Human Resources. Assist the head of people in implementing HR initiatives and projects and support the overall HR strategy for the Farms. Although the HR Administrator will liaise constantly with the Group HR Department, the successful candidate will be based in the office in Soft Fruit Farms.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

First point of contact for all operational HR related queries, providing superior customer service to all team members in line with employment law legislation and internal policies.

Handle employee relations queries, issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances as needed, ensuring fair procedure and compliance with legislation.

Deliver induction training to new starters, check ins and exit interviews.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring data is in line with GDPR requirements.

Create and issue contracts of employment for staff.

Creation & updating of personnel files i.e. ensuring constant workflow on files - maintaining medical certificates, performance appraisals, returned contracts, references, Police clearances etc. into the personnel file;

Work with internation agencies and planning/operations team on staffing requirements.

Facilitate internal staff forum meetings ensuring follow up and feedback.

Ensure relevant departments are informed of changes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsible for administering benefits and managing occupational health reviews and referrals in line with company procedure.

Drive absence and performance management procedures.

Track the Performance Management Process across farms.
- Any other duties as outlined by your manager.

Plan and deliver wellbeing activities across Farms in conjunction with Farms Operations Manager;
- Liaising with Payroll and the Farms Planning team regarding changes in employee status within the Company (payroll notification).

Conduct staff forums ensuring follow up and feedback;

Responsible for tracking absence and other relevant information.

Responsible for preparing reports from the database regarding attendance i.e. sick leave, headcounts, probation reviews etc. where applicable.

Responsible for acknowledging resignations, inviting leavers to attend exit interviews and conduct and track information for same.
Key Skills & Knowledge
Essential:
-
3 years prior experience working in a fast-paced HR Department as an administrator.

Experience in setting up and conducting investigations and disciplinary meetings.
-
In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment law.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Ability to work on own initiative.
-
Integrity - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
-
Excellent verbal and written English essential.

Right to work in Ireland.
Desirable:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

HR qualification or working towards a HR qualification
