Full job description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with advertising sales, business development, online media environment, or sales-oriented marketing roles.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region and industry.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
Subject matter expertise in the App and Gaming sectors.
Deep technical knowledge of online marketing strategies, with a focus on managing complex digital ad campaigns.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to build engaging narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Excellent thought leadership skills and executive functioning skills within the digital marketing space.

Responsibilities

Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
Develop and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and the continuous identification of high-impact opportunities.
Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and a premium sales experience tailored to achieving specific client business KPIs.
Manage a high-value portfolio of large accounts, utilizing deep-dive analysis to identify growth drivers, mitigate risks, and execute multi-quarter plans jointly with in-country. Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support marketing discussions and budgets.
