Job Description
Department: Commercial Management
Reporting to: Account Director
Main Purpose of job:
This role focuses on optimizing processes across the entire team, from procurement, planning to commercial activities. Work to develop, improve, document, and implement new and existing procedures, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Your Tasks
Commercial Management:

Drive Profitability & Growth: Analyse assigned accounts, identify opportunities, and develop action plans with the Accounts Director to increase profitability and organic client growth.

Ensure Effective Account Management: Partner with the Accounts Director to oversee all aspects of the team and client accounts, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across internal policies and procedures.

Financial Oversight: Act as the first-level financial approver for the department, verifying client invoices against agreed pricing structures and clearing them within agreed timelines.

SLA Management & Reporting: Monitor department deliverables against agreed SLAs and timelines, implementing effective measurement and tracking systems.

Process Improvement & Innovation: Continuously review and evolve departmental processes to create scalable solutions across the client base. This includes championing information sharing and driving internal improvement projects.
Line Management:

Lead & Develop Your Team: Manage Procurement Specialists and Buyer Panner team, including workload allocation, performance management, HR, and employee relations duties.

Invest in Team Growth: Collaborate with the Accounts Director on team development plans and identify training needs to build a multi-skilled team across all functions.
