Overview
This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in digital media and advertising. As an Ad Operations Associate within the Core Exchange Programmatic team, you will support the successful implementation of Display and Video campaigns for a range of high-profile clients.
Working closely with Programmatic Buyers, Media Planning teams and media partners, you will ensure campaigns are executed accurately and delivered to the highest standard. You will gain exposure to campaigns across a variety of sectors, including telecommunications, sport and retail, while developing a strong foundation in digital media and Programmatic advertising.
Our team offers a structured learning programme, delivered by industry-leading trainers, providing a clear development pathway from media fundamentals through to advanced Programmatic expertise. No previous media experience is required—only a genuine interest in digital media, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Agency Performance

Implement Display and Video campaigns, ensuring placements meet client objectives and campaign specifications.

Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and all deliverables meet client expectations.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and media partners to support the successful implementation of campaigns.

Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.

Experience

A genuine interest in digital media and advertising; previous industry experience is not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
