Role Overview
Our Global Corporate Transactions Tax and Advisory (CTTA) team is focused on addressing rising demand for sophisticated tax planning. Advising on high-stakes, cross-border transactions, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, and joint ventures the team also supports clients on internal restructuring transactions, global tax planning, effective tax rate and cash tax planning, and operating model and supply chain strategies.
CTTA works closely with A&M’s Corporate Transactions Group (CTG), to deliver seamless offerings across diligence, structuring, integration, separation, and tax accounting. The combined strength of CTG and CTTA - both rich in sector expertise - enables clients to execute complex, transformational deals with confidence.
As a result of this breadth, along with A&M’s growth, we are again expanding our tax practice rapidly and are looking to recruit at all levels into our Irish Tax Practice
Primary responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing client relationships
- Dealing directly with clients to assimilate their tax concerns
- Identifying areas of risk for clients and working with Managing Director to develop risk mitigation strategies
- Liaising with tax specialists in other areas
- Providing advice on all aspects of transactions tax advisory work
- Working to client or Managing Director set deadlines to deliver completed reports
