About the Role:
The HR Business Partner role will work as part of the leadership teams in our key European data center businesses to provide generalist HR expertise in areas such as HR best practice, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and organisational development. Working within our growing HR team, the HR Business Partner role will play a key role in embedding our People Passionate Strategy as well as facilitating further sustainable growth across our European data center businesses.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide end to end generalist HR support throughout the employee life cycle to the leadership team across all areas of HR including HR best practice, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and organisational development.

As part of the Kingspan Data Solutions European HR team, implement all aspects of the global People Passionate strategy in line with identified priorities.

Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on HR related matters, providing insights and recommendations that will drive organisational effectiveness and performance.

Drive proactive and timely recruitment strategies, ensuring that teams are consistently resourced with high-calibre talent to meet evolving business demands and support sustained growth.

Coordinate and oversee all recruitment activities managed by the outsourced recruitment provider for roles within the designated area, ensuring effective delivery and a smooth candidate experience.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles including engineering, operations, commercial and leadership positions.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and practices that are consistent with wider Group requirements and that ensure compliance with local, national and international employment laws where relevant.
- In partnership with the leadership team, develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, recognition and that enhance the overall employee experience utilising available employee engagement survey data and insights.

Lead the execution of processes associated with the annual HR cycle including performance appraisals, objective setting, compensation reviews and input into talent review and succession planning processes.

Advise on, and proactively manage, any employee relations issues, instances of underperformance, etc as they arise in order to ensure timely outcomes and fair treatment for all employees.
- Coordinate learning and development activities for each business ensuring accountability within the leadership team for all employees having an individual Personal Development Plan in place, ensuring that all availability on central Group Leadership & Capability Programmes is fully utilised and in line with succession planning.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data management within the HRIS, maintaining system integrity to support effective reporting, compliance and decision-making.
- Undertake all reporting requirements associated with monthly and quarterly CSRD and People Passionate metrics.

Monitor and report on key activity (e.g. talent turnover, talent mobility, time to hire, cost to hire, etc) and provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on performance, milestones and potential risks.
Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. Relevant HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a HR generalist or similar role within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of and expertise in employment legislation, talent acquisition and development strategies within a high-growth or scaling business.

A demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

An ability to undertake regular travel between European locations in line with business needs.
