Scheduler / Depot Lead- Autoglass® Ireland
Location: Airport Business Park, Swords (office-based)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Autoglass® Ireland, part of the global Belron® Group, is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Depot Lead to coordinate a high-volume, operationally complex workload across technicians, depot operations, and customer service. This role will be a key part of the day-to-day running of the depot, helping to ensure smooth operations while delivering an excellent customer experience. As one of the first points of contact for customers visiting the depot, you will create a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Autoglass®.
What You Will Do?
This is a fast-paced operational coordination role requiring sound judgement, excellent planning skills, and the ability to make confident decisions while balancing multiple competing priorities and responding to changing operational demands.
