On iconic Capel Street, our newest 105 apartment-hotel and restaurant is designed to become a welcoming place for travellers, neighbours and the community around us. From Amsterdam to the world! Together with our shareholder Aware Super, we are implementing our strategy of international growth as owner-operator. Our teams have the ambitious goal to develop multiple new apartment-hotels across prime European cities like London, Dublin, Paris, Lisbon and Barcelona. Each location has the local stories and spirit interwoven throughout the apartment-hotel’s distinctive design.
The Job
Our Bartender ensures guests have an excellent experience by delivering warm, attentive service throughout their visit. You are responsible for preparing and serving drinks, keeping the bar running smoothly, and supporting the restaurant floor when needed. Moving confidently between our restaurant and small bar area, you adapt to changing demands, provide great hospitality, and make sure every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests at the bar and in our restaurant
- Take drink and food orders, provide recommendations, and ensure guests have a great experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout the shift
- Support restaurant service during busy periods and work closely with the Food & Beverage team
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and replenishment
- Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, hygiene standards, and health & safety procedures
- Set up and close down the bar according to company procedures
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel at home
