Working in a dynamic environment, the receptionist (Host/Hostess) is the first point of contact for all visitors and internal employees. Our client’s business was built on a community of hosts, and you should think of yourself as the model for hosting.You should treat the office as you would your home and guests as if they were your own. Visitors should be made to feel welcome and comfortable as if they are visiting friends and family. Everything you do should reflect utmost hospitality and service to guests and coworkers. Guests' experiences begin and end with you.
Responsibilities;
Welcomes all visitors and guests to the office - including international guests from other offices, local hosts, and interview candidates
Manages high volume lobby while simultaneously keeping reception area organised.
Manages the visitor management system
Provides support and coverage for team and/or special events, including badging.
Deals with queries from the general public.
Supports and directs guests and hosts alike to ensure the fastest response to any of their queries
Ensures project knowledge across the Reception team.
Provides general administrative and clerical support to the safety & security team.
Additional projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements;
Excellent communication skills. Being polite, engaging and empathetic are key.

Good personal presentation and well-groomed appearance
Excellent attendance and punctuality is required with a flexible approach to working, willing to work during special events in the evenings or at weekends
Honest, clear and effective communication skills, oral and written
Computer skills required
Fluent use of English Language both written and oral is essential

Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist preferred or experience in a customer service role

Requirements;
Full EU Driving Licence (0 Points / Insurance Claims)
Ability to drive a manual vehicle
Basic Security Authority License- Static, PSA license
Minimum 6 months driving experience within Ireland
English communication (Oral & Written) - Minimum B2
Valid work permit / visa (If applicable)
Basic IT Skills
