We are looking for an energetic and passionate Front Desk Receptionist to join the Front Office Team at The Westbury, an award-winning Luxury 5-Star Hotel in the heart of Dublin.
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the friendly face our guests see when they first arrive at our hotel. Providing a warm welcome and anticipating guests needs will come as second nature to you, as will be your impressive multi-tasking skills.
You will serve as a key point of contact for our guests and visitors and be responsible for providing information and guidance services for a wide variety of enquiries.
You will provide an outstanding guest experience, ensuring that the highest levels of standards are delivered at all times.
You will also respond to guest requests in a prompt manner and assist in the efficiency and smooth running of the Front Office department.
As a Front Desk Receptionist you will be an excellent team player and you will have pride and attention to detail in your work.
Ideally, you will have experience within a similar role & within a similar environment, although this is not essential.
