Working with international group travel clients, you will play a key role in coordinating accommodation, attractions, transport, and tourism services throughout Ireland, ensuring every booking is managed efficiently from enquiry through to departure.
About the Role
As Group Reservations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing group travel reservations, delivering seamless travel experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong tourism background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building relationships with tourism suppliers across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage group reservations and bookings for accommodation, attractions, transport, and tourism services.
- Liaise with hotels, visitor attractions, transport providers, and tourism partners throughout Ireland.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, booking confirmations, and travel documentation.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and booking systems.
- Handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure the best service and value for clients.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within the Irish tourism industry is a requirement – please don’t apply if you don’t.
- Previous experience in reservations, tour operations, destination management, group travel, or group reservations.
- Excellent knowledge of tourism products and services throughout Ireland.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and reservation and tour operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Understanding of hotel contracting and supplier management.

Location
Coolquoy, Co. Dublin (Hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate with at least 5 years’ experience working in an Irish DMC/ Tour operator).
