Full job description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in the apps and gaming industry within sales and exceeding quota attainment.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support clients in the specific market.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management, effective communication and influencing skills.
Experience building a book of business and securing new customers while hitting goals.
Experience working with Google Ads and other major mobile advertising channels.
Strong data analytics and technical skills, working knowledge of MMPs, first party measurement SDKs (e.g., Firebase, FB SDK), SKAN etc.

Responsibilities

Build a pipeline of app business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new app clients.
Acquire high value app business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, pitching and closing.
Consult with clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals utilizing the full suite of Google’s apps marketing solutions.
Design marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for our customer.
Deliver consistently against goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers across EMEA.
