Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
In this role, you will lead, coach and support your team closely to proactively maximize media business growth on Search Ads 360 (SA360) to identify new opportunities and grow businesses whilst assisting in the acquisition, growth and maturity against specific growth and product adoption metrics. You and your team will leverage your investigative skills, technical aptitude and digital advertising experience to drive media activation and optimization efforts for advertisers and agencies. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You will help your sales teams and partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to train and motivate a team, and you will take an investigative approach to management.You will be customer and results-focused, but also have the ability to recognize when solutions need to scale.
