Rate of Pay: €17.50 per hour

Location: UCD Campus

Shift Pattern: Predominantly Monday-Friday with occasional weekends, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of a specific kitchen section, ensuring all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards.
Manage daily food preparation and service for approximately 100 covers per day, maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Supervise, support, and guide junior kitchen team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards, ensuring full compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Monitor stock levels within your section, minimise waste, and assist with ordering and inventory control.
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver a high-quality dining experience for students, staff, and visitors across the UCD Campus.
Ensure your section remains organised, clean, and service-ready at all times.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu delivery, service standards, and operational excellence.
