We're expanding our Enterprise business across the Benelux region, and we're looking for collaborative, forward-thinking professionals to help shape what's next. You'll work with some of the region's leading brands at a moment when AI is fundamentally changing how reputation is built and how consumers make decisions, while helping businesses use authentic human sentiment to strengthen their visibility, credibility, and competitive position in the AI economy.

This role requires native-level Dutch and strong professional English language skills. It is based in our Amsterdam office.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive Portfolio Value: Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts across the Benelux region, owning customer retention, guiding successful renewals, and identifying growth opportunities through thoughtful account mapping.
- Partner for Success: Work in close partnership with dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSMs). While you lead on commercial strategy, contract growth, and negotiations, your CSM partner guides adoption, implementation, and ongoing account health, delivering a seamless, high-value experience for our clients.
- Help Build the Playbook: Bring fresh perspectives to a growing function by sharing market insights, piloting retention and expansion initiatives, and co-creating our Benelux Enterprise strategy.
- Demonstrate Value: Deeply understand client business goals and metrics to deliver measurable ROI, establishing Trustpilot as a trusted, long-term partner.
Who you are:
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Demonstrated track record managing Enterprise-level customer portfolios, with experience driving renewals, account retention, and commercial expansion within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
- Comfortable navigating evolving environments, taking ownership of your outcomes, and eager to help shape an Enterprise approach rather than simply following a rigid process.
- Proven ability to co-manage complex customer relationships alongside Customer Success Managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at leading thoughtful, consultative conversations with senior leadership and key stakeholders across diverse organizations.
- Excited to move beyond standard sales approaches and help tailor solutions that truly resonate within the European market.
