About the Team & Business Line:

Loan Operations is an exciting and fast-growing space to be part of right now. The team has expanded significantly, particularly across our private credit client base, and we continue to build and scale to meet evolving market trends and demands. With an increasing pipeline of new clients and launches on the horizon, we are actively investing in our people and our capabilities to ensure we remain ahead of the curve. Your Role:

Manage and support rollout of global Loan procedures.
Plan, schedule and manage the daily Loan workflows of all client relationships.
Charge of relationship management of Citco Loans Clients.
Support month-end close processes and review accuracy of month end packages/binders.
Oversee loan-related vendor relationships.
Liaise with clients regarding SLAs and deadlines, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
Actively work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverables.
Act as an escalation contact for clients.
Develop, adhere and maintain targets concerning staffing: production and productivity.
Ensure all staff are appropriately trained and conduct interviews and performance evaluations.
Liaise and coordinate with Integration Team on onboarding of new loan clients.
Escalate potential operational risks.
Participate in and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
Participate in managerial functions.
Any other functions required as part of the business of the Company.

About You:

4+ Years in Financial Services with a primary focus on Bank Loans.
Product knowledge: Primary and Secondary Syndicated Bank Loans (Par and Distressed) as well as Total Return Swaps and Financing Facilities.
Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
Significant management and leadership experience.
Strong Client Relationship skills.
Ability to learn new platforms and source information from numerous systems.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and to work in a deadline-focused organization.
