This position is responsible for managing the global real estate portfolio for the company to drive strategic planning and portfolio optimization across our global footprint. This high-impact role will develop comprehensive real estate strategies, conduct rigorous market and financial analysis, and deliver executive-level recommendations to senior leadership. Responsibilities include detailed business analysis of multiple real estate strategies and end-to-end transaction management across the Company's real estate portfolio. Additional duties include preparing financial analysis of real estate transaction cost structures, including property acquisitions and disposals, overseeing administration of our real estate portfolio management tool and providing key reports which include completing lease abstracts and maintaining 100% correct real time data.

Provide management with critical lease cost data and reports.

Develop comprehensive real estate strategy documents that synthesize market analysis, financial modeling, and location recommendations for CFO and executive leadership review.

Create executive-level presentations and decision memos that translate complex real estate data into clear strategic recommendations.

Develop location strategy frameworks that align real estate decisions with business unit requirements, talent strategy, and corporate objectives.

Oversee occupancy planning and demand forecasting efforts, translating headcount projections into actionable space requirements and timing recommendations.

Direct lease administration strategy including portfolio risk assessment, lease restructuring opportunities, and critical obligation management.

Establish portfolio performance metrics and reporting frameworks that provide executive visibility into real estate investments and outcomes.

Partner with external advisors (brokers, consultants, legal) to execute strategic initiatives and negotiate favorable terms.

Identify portfolio optimization opportunities including consolidation, expansion, or repositioning strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Expertise in real estate portfolio strategy, including transaction strategy, portfolio economics, and workplace or space planning.

Track critical dates to ensure ample planning, site selection, negotiations and internal approval timelines are met.

Assist with merger and acquisitions as needed.

Assist with Lease Administrion as needed

- Proven track record of executing complex lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Preference given to project management experience in overseeing workplace build-outs, tenant improvements, and vendor/ contractor management.

Advanced capability in spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel and familiarity with specialized property/ portfolio management.
- Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance/ Accoutning, Economics or Business.

Minimum 5 years corporate real estate experience.
