About the role
Autofulfil is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support the delivery to a demand generation programme. This role is well-suited to an early career marketer who is organised, curious, and comfortable working across content, campaigns, and coordination. You will help execute a developed plan, keep marketing activity moving, and build practical skills across content production and inbound marketing.

What you will do
- Content support and creation
- Support the creation and scheduling of content across relevant channels.
- Maintain a content calendar and keep assets organised for reuse.
- Assist with short-form video tasks, including scripting support, filming support, basic editing, and publishing.
- Help draft and format newsletters, landing pages, case studies, and blog posts.
- Follow the agreed weekly priorities and update Monday.com daily so progress and blockers are visible.
- Deliver agreed tasks by the agreed deadline.
- Lead generation and campaign execution
- Support SEO and inbound marketing activities, including updating website content and improving on-page basics.
- Help build and promote lead magnets, webinars, and email campaigns.
- Assist with paid campaign set-up tasks such as creative preparation, audience lists, and performance tracking.
- Support list hygiene and contact segmentation for email campaigns.
- Reporting and optimisation support
- Maintain simple reporting dashboards and weekly performance trackers.
- Help analyse campaign performance and identify practical improvements.
- Support A B testing plans and keep clear records of results and learnings.
- Systems and coordination
- Help build repeatable processes for content planning, approvals, and publishing.
- Coordinate tasks in Monday.com and maintain clear timelines and ownership.
- Support internal collaboration by gathering input, organising ideas, and following up on actions.
What you need to succeed
Essential
- Some experience or a strong interest in digital marketing, content, or communications.
- Clear written communication with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using social platforms and interested in creating business content.
- Strong organisation and reliability, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn tools such as Monday.com, Mailchimp, and webinar platforms.
- A curious mindset, comfortable testing, iterating, and learning from feedback.
- Collaborative working style and a practical, can-do approach.
Assets
- Experience using Canva or basic video editing tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or paid social.
- Any exposure to B2B marketing through internships, placement, freelance work, or coursework.
