We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help define and drive the data abstraction and AI analysis experience for Datavant's Legal & Insurance vertical.

In this role, you will drive product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes across the vertical's enterprise AI product portfolio, reimagining how legal and insurance organizations access and derive insights from health data across the Datavant network.

Working closely with engineering, data science, operations, and design, you will drive the modernization of the vertical's enterprise offering and deliver new capabilities that leverage both Datavant's network and AI-powered technologies.

The ideal candidate has deep experience building and product managing AI products, thrives in complex ecosystems, understands how to build platforms that scale, and is excited to leverage AI to both accelerate product development and deliver transformative capabilities to customers.

What You Will Do

Drive Product Strategy and Execution

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Legal & Insurance enterprise AI portfolio, translating customer needs and market dynamics into differentiated capabilities.
Partner closely with engineering, data science, operations, and design to deliver complex product initiatives and evolve the platform to support new capabilities, scale, and customer needs.
Navigate complex technical systems, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows to deliver reliable and scalable products.
Partner with product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to inform product investments, represent the Legal & Insurance market internally, and ensure product decisions align with both customer impact and long-term platform scalability.

Deliver AI-Powered Innovation

Identify and deliver opportunities to embed AI-driven insights and automation into customer workflows, leveraging AI across the product lifecycle to increase velocity and improve product quality.
Help position Datavant as a leader in AI-powered health data workflows for legal and insurance industries.

What You Bring

5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise or platform AI products
Proven experience defining and executing product strategy for large-scale enterprise or data-driven platforms
Experience building products centered around AI, data exchange, analytics, insights, and workflow automation
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives
Experience leveraging AI in product development and delivering AI products
Strong ability to influence engineering leaders and cross-functional partners
Experience operating in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, finance, or legal is a plus
Strong systems thinker who can balance long-term platform strategy with near-term execution
