Full job description

Cfme Group is a growing integrated facilities management company based in Cork, providing Cleaning services, Facilities management, Maintenance and Engineering services to Irish SMEs market. We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Cleaning Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and support a team of cleaning operatives across multiple client sites.
Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure service delivery meets client requirements.
Carry out regular inspections and audits to maintain Cfme’s quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Act as a point of contact for clients, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records, including stock control, equipment checks, and reporting.
Support the cfme group management team and the wider team in delivering a professional, client-focused service.

Requirements

Full driving licence (essential, as role will involve travel between sites).
Previous supervisory experience in contract cleaning, facilities, or a related sector.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Solid knowledge of health & safety practices and cleaning standards.
Experience in commercial and industrial cleaning an advantage.
