Driving supplier success through smart operations

As an EU Desk, Supplier Support Associate,, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting suppliers, technology, and internal teams to create an exceptional supplier experience. You'll be the trusted partner our suppliers rely on, helping them navigate Wayfair's tools, solve complex challenges, and succeed on our platform.

Act as the go-to contact for our suppliers, resolving day-to-day issues and providing support through training and education on Wayfair tools
Work effectively across our global team to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration
Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Challenge and improve our internal processes by proposing and implementing solutions that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and an excellent supplier experience
Test new, innovative ideas through pilot programmes, identifying patterns and recommending improvement opportunities
Extract and communicate relevant insights and learnings to stakeholders, creating a shared understanding of supplier concerns and trends
Develop positive and productive relationships with cross-functional teams, acting as a strong representative of our team internally and as an internal advocate for our suppliers within Wayfair
Proven success in supplier, vendor, or client support, ideally within logistics, B2B, e-commerce, or supply chain environments
Fluency in English (verbal and written); Polish or German language skills are a strong plus
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and clearly communicate them to relevant stakeholders to enable quick resolution
Proven experience managing small projects, including overseeing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful delivery
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain momentum, and effectively prioritise to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; demonstrable ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
Any experience with Google BigQuery (GBQ), SQL, or data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
