We’re looking for an exceptional Programme Lead to take end-to-end accountability for a large-scale, multi-stream transformation programme within one of Ireland’s most recognised and operationally dynamic organisations.

What you’ll be doing:
âś… Leading a multi-stream programme across technology, operations and people change
âś… Owning governance, Steering Committee reporting and executive-level communications
âś… Driving operational readiness, cutover and go-live in a live, safety-critical environment
âś… Embedding organisational change and adoption as a critical path deliverable, not an afterthought
âś… Managing multiple vendors and third-party suppliers across a complex delivery landscape
âś… Navigating a unionised workforce environment with formal consultation obligations
What we’re looking for:
10+ years leading large-scale business transformation programmes
Deep, hands-on organisational change management capability
Proven experience in frontline, operational or regulated environments
Strong executive presence – you’re credible in a Steerco and trusted on the ground
Formal programme and change qualifications preferred (PRINCE2, PMP, APMG etc.)
