Join our growing Legal vertical as a New Business Sales Executive and become part of a fast-expanding team helping shape the future of the legal industry. With an already established presence in the Republic of Ireland, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering real value to clients. You’ll work with warm leads and prospective customers to introduce a range of market-leading legal solutions, while also cross-selling the wider suite of OneAdvanced products and services.

What You Will Do:

Generating and converting new B2B sales opportunities within the legal sector in Republic of Ireland, supported by a local Sales Development Representative
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets
Leading client discovery sessions, proposals, product presentations, and commercial negotiations
Developing trusted relationships with legal professionals both remotely and face-to-face
Identifying opportunities to introduce additional OneAdvanced solutions across the customer base
Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking sales performance effectively

What You Will Have:

Experience in B2B sales or business development (tech/software experience is beneficial but not essential)
A confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
Comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Commercially aware with a strategic approach to sales
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ambitious, growth-focused environment
