You'll contribute across the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through deployment and support, while collaborating closely with teammates to deliver reliable and impactful solutions. What You Will Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of experience writing production-ready code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to the design and architecture of software applications.
- Strong experience building scalable applications, data pipelines, and data processing workflows, with a focus on maintainable, high-quality software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and contribute to a positive engineering culture.
- A track record of leading projects, supporting migrations, and delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Enthusiasm for learning, continuous improvement, and Datavant's mission of connecting health data to improve patient outcomes.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
