About the Role
Working directly with our Directors, you'll play an important role in securing new business, developing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the services we provide. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients across both the public and private sectors for the following services:
- Field Marketing
- Retail Merchandising
- Promotional Staffing
- Brand Ambassadors
- Mystery Shopping & Auditing
- Experiential Marketing
- Event Management
- Conferences & Exhibitions
- Product Launches
- Roadshows
- Sampling Campaigns
- Creative Services
- Mobile Advertising
- Concept & Campaign Planning
- Project Management
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
· Build long-term relationships with business owners, marketing directors, brand managers, procurement teams, communications professionals, advertising agencies and senior decision-makers.
· Grow existing client accounts by introducing additional Brandtactics services.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and tender submissions.
· Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using our CRM system.
· Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
· Work closely with our Operations and Creative teams to develop tailored client solutions.
· Meet and exceed agreed business development and growth objectives.
About You
· 3–5 years' experience in Business Development, Account Management or B2B Sales.
· Proven track record of winning and developing commercial relationships.
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to selling.
· Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
· Experience preparing proposals, quotations and tender responses.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Experience using CRM systems.
· A proactive, self-motivated and results-focused approach.
· Experience within marketing, events, retail, staffing, advertising or agency services would be an advantage.
Essential Requirements
· Full clean driving licence.
· Own car is essential, as the role involves regular travel to client meetings
· Willingness to travel nationwide when required.
Commission
In addition to your salary, you'll participate in our quarterly commission scheme, rewarding both new business development and the continued growth of existing client accounts.
