Airport Lounge Supervisor
Dublin Airport - Full time
Please note: Due to airport security requirements, applicants must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity remaining, have a minimum B2 level of English, and be able to successfully complete Garda Vetting and Aviation Security Clearance. Employment is conditional upon meeting all of these requirements.
We are looking for an outstanding Lounge Supervisor to join our premium airport lounge operation at Dublin Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Our lounges provide a tranquil, premium experience for travellers seeking comfort, outstanding service and attention to detail before their journey. As Lounge Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a seamless, first-class experience while leading the daily operation and inspiring your team to consistently exceed expectations.
What you'll do:

Lead, motivate and develop a team of hospitality professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Supervise the daily operation of the lounge, ensuring service standards are consistently achieved.

Act as the main point of contact for guests, resolving enquiries and service issues with confidence and professionalism.

Ensure the lounge is presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and luxury at all times.

Monitor food and beverage presentation, quality and replenishment throughout the day.

Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of team members.

Conduct regular team briefings and provide coaching and performance feedback.

Manage staffing levels to meet operational demands while maintaining outstanding service.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and company policies.

Work collaboratively with airport partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
What you'll bring:

Previous supervisory or management experience within a luxury hospitality environment.

Experience in five-star hotels, premium restaurants, executive lounges, private members' clubs, luxury retail hospitality or similar high-end customer service settings.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

A calm, confident approach under pressure.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

A passion for delivering world-class customer service.

Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The ability to work within the security requirements of Dublin Airport.
