We are currently looking for a welder/metal fabricator for our busy steel fabrication workshop. The successful candidates will be motivated, driven and be capable of working effectively in a pressured and fast paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Preparation of steel work for fabricators - setting up, maintaining, and operating welding equipment safely and efficiently
Measuring and cutting metal components to specified dimensions using metal cutting machinery and tools, using different welding techniques to join metal parts together
Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse
Work with other team members to meet the Production schedule
Loading trucks and vans in warehouse

Requirements

Previous hands on welding/metal work experience essential
Proficiency in welding techniques, knowledge of metal properties, steady hand, attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Experience:

Welding: 2 years (preferred)

Work authorisation:

Ireland (required)

Work Location: In person
