Regional Manager (Dental) Dublin
We’re looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager or Regional Leader ready to take the next step into a high-impact Regional Manager role, overseeing multiple dental practices across Dublin.

What You’ll Own
As Regional Manager, you will own the performance and consistency of multiple practices across your region, driving strong commercial results alongside exceptional patient care.
You will:
Performance & Growth
- Drive performance across practices, improving utilisation, revenue, and treatment conversion
- Monitor and act on key KPIs including chair utilisation, diary management, and financial performance
- Identify and deliver opportunities to grow patient numbers, optimise diaries, and increase treatment uptake
- Partner with Practice Managers on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Leadership & Development
- Coach and develop Practice Managers, building capability, accountability, and confidence
- Support teams to create high-performing, patient-focused environments
- Act as a key link between practices and Head Office, ensuring clear, consistent communication
Standards & Operations
- Ensure practices meet company policies, procedures, and clinical governance standards
- Conduct regular site visits to review performance, patient experience, and operational consistency
- Support the successful integration of new practices into the group
This is a field-based role across Dublin, involving regular site visits and supported by a travel allowance.
About You
You are an experienced Dental Practice Manager or Regional Leader who understands how to run and grow high-performing practices and is ready to take ownership at regional level.
You bring:
Sector Expertise & Commercial Acumen
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations, including clinical workflows, KPIs, and performance drivers
- Proven ability to drive commercial performance, including utilisation, revenue growth, and cost control
- Confidence using data and KPIs to identify issues, take action, and deliver measurable improvements
Leadership & People Development
- Experience leading and developing Practice Managers or senior team members
- Ability to build accountability, capability, and high performance across multiple sites
- Credibility working with clinicians, earning trust while driving standards and results
Operational Excellence & Ownership
- Track record of maintaining high standards in patient care, compliance, and clinical governance
- Ability to prioritise and manage performance across a region
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, balancing patient care with strong commercial outcomes, and are motivated by the opportunity to make a visible impact across a growing dental group.

Pay: €44,000.00-€48,000.00 per year
