The Q Cafe Company is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team in a busy healthcare facility in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have a recognised culinary qualification and previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be passionate about food preparation, quality standards, and delivering excellent service while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and food safety.

Prepare and cook food to the highest standard.

Supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.

Follow menu cycles and recipes as directed.

Work closely with and follow the direction of the Head Chef.

Operate HACCP and Health & Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.

Ensure excellent food presentation, quality, and portion control.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.

Basic Culinary Qualification (or equivalent).

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.

Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene procedures.

In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food preparation.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage but not essential.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays..

Garda Vetting is a requirement for this role.
