Overview:

As a Construction Contracts Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

Support sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier prequalification, RFP processes and market analysis.
Assist in drafting and administering construction contracts, NDAs and Statements of Work (SOWs) using approved client templates.
Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Support commercial discussions with suppliers and assist in resolving contractual issues and non-compliance.
Partner with Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Cost Management, Engineering, Construction and Project Management teams.
Identify commercial risks and drive continuous improvement across supplier and contract performance.
Build strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

We would love to hear from you if you:

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Have experience in contract management within large-scale construction, engineering or semiconductor projects.
Have worked for an owner, EPC, consultancy or general contractor delivering complex capital projects.
Have experience negotiating contracts covering construction services, engineering, materials or equipment installation.
Possess a strong understanding of construction contracts, commercial terms and procurement processes.
Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
Are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Have experience using contract management systems and commercial tools.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
