EO Team Lead

Earth Observation Team Lead

Location: Dublin, Ireland

TechWorks Marine is on the hunt for a passionate Earth Observation Team Lead to join our fast-growing team. We currently have a vacancy for a someone to lead our EO team and bring in research projects both EO and non EO. This is a client/public facing role involving building up networks and developing new project proposals with existing and new partners on an ongoing basis. What You’ll Be Doing

Creating and improving marine EO data products by combining satellite and in-situ data.
Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver on time.
Writing clear reports and helping prepare proposals for exciting new projects.
Keeping up with the latest tech and representing TechWorks at workshops and conferences.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Remote Sensing, Earth Observation, GIS, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience working with EO data (academic or industry).
Experience with EO/GIS tools (SNAP, ENVI, QGIS, ArcGIS).
Comfortable with Linux and using scientific libraries like Pandas, GeoPandas, NumPy, GDAL.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
