O 'Donoghue Ring Collection is home to Hotels, Apartments, Spa, Restaurants & Bars centrally located in the vibrant town centre of Killarney and Castleisland, Co. Kerry. Our company philosophy is built upon three core values: employee experience, customer experience, and standards of excellence.

Cafe du Parc are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager. Cafe Du Parc is renowned for its funky brunch, exquisite cocktails and chilled vibe.

You will assist with managing the day to day duties along side the team always ensuring the highest levels of customer service are achieved.

What you'll do:

You will support the Cafe Du Parc Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of the outlet.
Increase the Food & Beverage sales while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are achieved.
Assist the Cafe Du Parc Restaurant Manager with weekly rosters.
Lead the team in the absence of the Manager and assist in the management and development of the team.
Ensure all service standards are consistent and maintained to the highest level at all times.
Resolve guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Work closely with the Kitchen and the Head Chef to ensure timing, quality and safety is always adhered to.
Support and deliver training to team members and actively develop the skills and knowledge of the department as a whole.

About you:

Experience in a supervisory role in a similar fast paced environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Highly customer focused.
Great attention to detail.
Fluent English is essential.
