Full job description

We are currently looking for a Brand Manager to join our team.

Be part of our legacy and embark on a rewarding career journey with Toyota Naas. We have recently announced plans to develop a brand-new dealership for Toyota and Lexus in Naas, marking an exciting new chapter for our business.

With ambitious growth plans for the future, we are expanding our team and are now looking to recruit a talented and driven Brand Manager to help shape our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Customer Experience

Act as the Lexus Product Expert, maintaining in-depth knowledge of all models, specifications, and competitor offerings.
Ensure every customer interaction reflects a premium Lexus experience aligned with brand standards (Omotenashi).
Oversee and enforce the Lexus sales process and SOP, ensuring consistency across all customer touch points.
Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally, liaising with the Group Sales Manager / Sales Coordinator where required.
Manufacturer Liaison act as the primary link between the dealership performance and Lexus Ireland.
Comply with corporate standards and prepare for manufacturer audits.

Sales & Performance

Be responsible and accountable for the Lexus Target both New and Used

Actively participate in the selling of vehicles, leading from the front and setting performance standards.
Ensure all trade-in vehicles are accurately valued in line with market conditions and company guidelines.
Work closely with the wider group to maximise opportunities across all sites and stock availability.
Maximize Finance Penetration, Accessory Sales and Insurance Products .

Team Development

Conduct product training sessions with Senior Sales Executives to ensure high levels of product knowledge and confidence.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

Drive brand awareness initiatives, including:
Social media content (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, digital campaigns)
In-dealership displays and merchandising
Customer events and product launches
Analyse market trends and competitors
Grow local awareness of the Lexus Brand
Develope and execute annual Marketing Plan
Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent and premium brand representation across all channels.

Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the Lexus department, ensuring efficiency and professionalism at all times.
Manage stock presentation, showroom standards, and customer environment.
Ensure compliance with all dealership processes, financial guidelines, and manufacturer standards.

Reporting & Performance Management

The Lexus Brand Manager will be responsible for delivering and reporting on key performance metrics, including:

Sales Performance
Monthly and quarterly unit sales vs. target
Conversion rates (enquiry sale)
Finance Penetration
Accessory Penetration
Lead Response Time

Customer Experience
Customer satisfaction scores
Customer retention and repeat business
Complaint resolution turnaround times

Department Activity
Test drives conducted
Manage demo fleet

Marketing Effectiveness
Engagement levels across social media platforms
Event attendance and conversion
Lead generation from marketing initiatives

Regular reporting will be required to the Group Sales Manager, with clear action plans implemented to address performance gaps and maximise opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within a premium or luxury brand environment
Strong leadership and team development skills with a supervisory role of more than 5 years
Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and performance
High attention to detail and commitment to brand standards
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
Word and Excel proficient.
