Join Our Team

Complete Plumbing Solutions is looking for a friendly, organised Office Administrator to join our growing office team.

You'll work alongside our General Manager and Accounts Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of the business and helping to deliver an excellent experience for our customers.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration and being part of a supportive team.

Previous office experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
Book plumbing, heating and maintenance appointments.
Schedule engineers using our job management software.
Liaise with customers regarding appointment times and updates.
Monitor and respond to office emails.
Process customer payments and assist with invoicing.
Create and maintain customer records.
Support the General Manager with the daily scheduling of engineers.
Assist the Accounts Manager with general administration and paperwork.
Help maintain organised office systems and accurate records.
Work closely with the office team to ensure jobs run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly and professional.
Organised and reliable.
Confident speaking with customers.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Able to prioritise tasks in a busy office.
A positive team player with good attention to detail.

Experience

Preferred but not essential:

Office administration.
Reception or customer service.
Diary or scheduling experience.
Microsoft Office.
Experience using scheduling or job management software would be an advantage.
