Full job description

We are a growing Physiotherapy and Physio- Led Fitness Clinic in Lucan Dublin. This role will involve developing deep and meaningful relationship with our patients, spending time getting to know each one personally and answering their questions. We need this person to create the type of experience that customers can’t wait to come back to – will be happy to pay for and just as happy to tell others about.

Outcomes:

● Communicate the value of our services (in person and onthe phone) and be able to explain how what we do, is worth the price we areasking

● Hold a lengthy (at least 10-15 minute) conversation withnew and potentioal patients on the phone ensuring that patients are committed and bought intoour service

● Provide an exceptional waiting room environment for ourpatients that they’ll look forward to coming back to

● Ensure people show up excited for their first appointmentafter scheduling

● Communicate with patients before, during and after appointments to ensure satisfaction is being achieved

● Ensure that all invoices and reciepts are up to date.

● Organize and plan all schedules – maximizing efficiency andrevenue for the clinic

● Foster deep relationships with patients

● Develop and regularly update the procedures library so that every aspect of the role is document and can be achieved by anyone else inthe business

Skills/Competencies:

● Be able to hold meaningful conversations with prospectivepatients on the phone for longer than 10 minutes (empathy)

● Be able to answer all questions asked on the phone in asuch a way that increases the likelihood that the person asking will want tobecome a customer (insightful and knowledgeable)

● Recall names and faces of patients and in doing so makingall our patients feel welcomed and remembered

● Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to patients whenthey arrive in the clinic (experience)

● Organization and planning: Plans and organizes in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities.

● Demonstrates an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information

● Attention to detail: does not let important details slipthrough the cracks

● Persistence: Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done

● Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do. Bringsnew ideas to the company

€35,000 - €40,000 based on Full time hours.

Suggested hours available;

2 morning shifts 9am - 12pm

2 evening shifts 4pm - 8pm

Saturday 9am - 2pm
