Part-Time Salon Receptionist

Hair Loss Rehab Dublin is looking for an organised, friendly, and professional Receptionist to join our team.

This is an in-salon role based in, Dublin 2, working as the first point of contact for our clients. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, is confident handling enquiries, and can keep salon operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and emails
Managing client bookings and appointments
Welcoming clients and providing a professional front-of-house experience
Checking clients out and processing payments
Handling new client enquiries
Assisting with government grant enquiries
Managing salon administration and day-to-day operations
Assisting with stock management and ordering supplies
Supporting basic accounts administration, including VAT-related organisation
General salon reception and administrative duties

What We're Looking For

Previous reception or front-of-house experience, ideally within a salon or clinic environment
Experience using Phorest or a similar booking system is highly desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
Good computer and administrative skills

Hours

Tuesday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Thursday: 1:00pm – 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

hourly rate (minimum wage)
