Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, with experience of leading teams to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:

Develop and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to align Microsoft Dynamics CRM initiatives with business and operational strategies through executive-level engagements.

Lead cross-functional teams in securing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects, managing the full program lifecycle—including estimating, scoping, solution design, proposal development, implementation, change management, and post-go-live ( hypercare ) support.

Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges, uphold high standards of quality, and leverage firm methodologies and technologies to ensure successful project delivery.

Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Represent PwC as a thought leader in Microsoft Dynamics CRM at industry conferences and events, and drive successful user adoption through change management and effective training strategies.

Oversee data migration, security, and compliance activities, embedding best practices to achieve regulatory and operational excellence within Dynamics CRM environments.

Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice.

Your Profile

You have 7-10+ years’ experience in scoping, selling and implementing Microsoft CRM suite.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certified.

You have strong knowledge of the technical architecture of Microsoft CRM pla tform

Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

You have a bachelor's degree (minimum 2:1) in project management, computer science or a related discipline
